PRODUCT INFORMATION AND FITMENT

Listings, photos, descriptions, part numbers, mileage, condition, and compatibility information are provided to help

customers evaluate a product. We may correct pricing, availability, or listing errors at any time.

Fitment is the customer's responsibility. Before ordering, confirm the vehicle year, make, model, engine,

drivetrain, transmission code, part number, and VIN compatibility. We are not responsible for problems caused by

incorrect vehicle information, modifications, or selecting the wrong product.

INSTALLATION AND USE

All products should be inspected before installation and installed by a qualified transmission professional. Required

fluids, filters, seals, cooler and line service, programming, relearn procedures, and manufacturer instructions must

be followed.

We are not responsible for damage or failure caused by improper installation, contaminated fluid or lines,

overheating, incorrect programming, misuse, racing, towing beyond vehicle limits, modifications, or lack of

maintenance.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Unless a listing or written agreement states otherwise, merchandise is sold as described. Any manufacturer or

remanufacturer warranty is provided and administered by that warranty provider. Used products may show normal

signs of prior use.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential costs such as labor, diagnostics,

towing, storage, rental vehicles, lost time, lost income, or damage caused by installation, use, or misuse.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND POLICY CHANGES

Submitting an order or receiving an automated confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or

cancel an order because of inventory, listing errors, payment concerns, suspected fraud, or another legitimate

business reason.
