Processing and delivery. Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and

may change because of carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping responsibility. Customers must provide a complete and correct address. Additional charges caused by

an incorrect address, refused delivery, storage, redelivery, or return-to-sender may be billed to the customer.

Delivery inspection. Inspect all packages promptly, photograph visible damage before opening, and keep the

original packaging until the order has been checked.

Local pickup. Pickup may be available when offered or arranged before purchase. Order confirmation and

matching identification may be required.
