Built for high-output AMG models, this OEM SPEEDSHIFT MCT 9G transmission uses a wet multi-disc start-off clutch instead of a traditional torque converter. That setup gives it a quicker, more direct feel when accelerating and changing gears.

The nine-speed layout provides strong performance through the lower gears while keeping highway driving comfortable. Manual gear changes can be made through the factory paddle shifters.
